After using Hairsanity Step 1: Anti-Itch Shampoo, follow with Hairsanity Step 2: Anti-Dandruff Conditioner by gently massaging the product into the scalp and work through hair to the ends.
Leave on 30 seconds for normal hair and 2-3 minutes for damaged and/or processed hair. Rinse with warm water, dry and style as usual. For best results, we recommend that you use Step 2 every time you use Step 1.

I'm using this with the matching shampoo. After my second use, I don't have patchy scalp, I've tried just about everything else over the counter and this is one of the only things that actually helps! I'm always very dry and irritated and sensitive. I was worried that the salicylic acid would irritate my skin, everything else I've used on my skin or hair with salicylic acid has made me peel badly (T-sal was terrible) but this stuff is just fine
