I will revise this once I get thru a whole month but so far, I like this one. With Hum you are mostly paying for cute packaging and marketing - some of the "single note" supplements I can get at a drug store - but this blend is a goodie!!! Can't hurt! But for Straight up Vitamin C? (Like HUM's Air Patrol - I'd skip that one). Try this one if you are an antioxidant junkie like I am!

Adding another layer of protection for my skin......yes please. I really wish I could post a picture bc since I've been taking this Hum supplement along with the others my skin, hair, nails, energy and mood have improved drastically. I truly believe in this company. They are not a BS company that doesn't provide results, I'm proof that they work. It takes almost a month and a half to see results and they only improve from there. Trust me ladies, this company is legit!!! Their supplements do what they say they will. You can even got to their website and take a quiz to see what they reccomend for you.....then come back here and buy them with the LS discount. Can't beat it!!
