Suffering cystic acne

I’ve struggled with cystic acne for 50 years. The only reprieve from some flare ups was a short term series of antibiotics. Practitioners won’t keep me on chronic antibiotics and I’ve always thought that my system needs help from within. Accumax supplements have provided a great deal of relief from large cysts forming and has decreased their longevity and size. I’m stills not acne free but feel things are moving in the right direction. I’m hoping to continue to see improvements.
