OKAY & Pricey

I tried these vitamins for quite a few months, probably 8-9 months, without seeing any difference in my skin. They are also very pricey! I use other Jane Iredale products which I like and wouldn’t change.

Skin Omegas with no after taste

I am on my first container of the Skin Omegas and set up on auto shipment. I have tried fish oil supplements in the past and always experienced after effects with fish burps and stopped taking them. I have not noticed anything yet with the Skin Omegas but staying the course to see if any improvements in my 53 year old menopausal skin. I am on HRT (low dose estrogen patch) and eat a healthy diet and exercise daily. It’s too soon to really give a review of this product but I will continue for at least 6 months and love the fact that this product does not upset my stomach with fish burps.

I have been taking this supplement for over a year and have seen a real difference in my skin. It's brighter and softer. I took the recommended 2 capsules a day for the first 3 months, and now I alternate days taking only 1 a day. I will definitely continue to purchase this supplement.
