Use two to three times per week. Before cleansing, apply a dime-sized amount to targeted areas and massage gently for 30 seconds gently massage dime-sized amount of exfoliating body scrub into targeted areas for thirty seconds
Allow product to sit on skin for up to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and continue with your normal daily body care routine.

I don’t like a scrub that makes the shower oily or leaves the body greasy. This doesn’t and it helps to remove dead skin and by doing so allows the after shower moisturizer to penetrate.

This is a great chemical and physical exfoliant! Noticeable feeling and difference after one use. Probably should not be used on the face, or if so, very carefully. Leaves skin smooth and soft and removes dry flakes. I use this in shower because it can be tricky to rinse off otherwise. The ExfoliKate Intensive treatment is similar to this, minus the "scrub" particles, and is equally wonderful for the face.
