This is a great chemical and physical exfoliant! Noticeable feeling and difference after one use. Probably should not be used on the face, or if so, very carefully. Leaves skin smooth and soft and removes dry flakes. I use this in shower because it can be tricky to rinse off otherwise. The ExfoliKate Intensive treatment is similar to this, minus the "scrub" particles, and is equally wonderful for the face.

Works and leaves skin smooth
I don’t like a scrub that makes the shower oily or leaves the body greasy. This doesn’t and it helps to remove dead skin and by doing so allows the after shower moisturizer to penetrate.
