Apply a small amount of Sweep to clean, damp skin (or blend it into your cleanser) and massage gently in circular motions, paying particular attentions to oily and dull areas. Rinse well and follow with appropriate LABORATOIRE REMEDE moisture lotion and Translucent UV Coat. Use 3-4 times weekly or as often as needed.

In addition to being fragrance-free, non-irritating, and easy to apply and rinse, I like that this scrub does not contain exfoliating beads that are synthetic. Many natural particle scrubs are too scratchy for me (like crushed walnut shells), but this one isnt harsh, while still being satisfyingly scrubby.
