This lip serum combines several key ingredients for the ultimate wave of hydration. It uses hyaluronic acid of a low molecular weight, which means that it can sink deeper into the skin to enhance moisture retention. Ceramides back up that retention by building up the skin's own barrier.
The serum also uses the ingredients Volulip™ and Jojoba Glaze®, both validated through clinical studies. Volulip™ is a plant extract that hydrates and smooths lips. I wish I could return this -- it's awful. It makes lips irritated for about 20 minutes, and then wears off. Repeat applications do nothing. The product itself does not stay on very long, and overall it's just an irritant to lips and nothing more.
