I have a love-hate relationship with this product. PHA is supposed to be the most gentle exfoliation available but for some reason this burns my skin.. but it does make it VERY soft. I can only put it on for a few seconds before I have to rinse it off. For some reason I can use Lactic acid with no issues so I'm not sure if I'm particularly sensitive to PHA or something in this product. I do have very sensitive skin. If you can use this product without it burning, you will love it. It glides on easily with no tugging, removes easily, and really does a great job at making your skin soft. I would not use it to remove makeup. I would use it in the morning.

I like that it's doesn't have added scents and overall seems to be very simple. This is a non-foaming gel suitable for everyday use, but it won't clean the make-up (I use micellar water before washing with it).

I love using this product. It's a superficial exfoliant that will help smooth rough skin. The first time I used it, there was a stinging sensation, but each time after that, I had no unpleasant sensation at all. Not sure why... Along with this, I can only tolerate a low concentration mandelic acid. Salicylic, glycolic, and lactic acids all sting my skin and leave it red for days.
