I have a love-hate relationship with this product. PHA is supposed to be the most gentle exfoliation available but for some reason this burns my skin.. but it does make it VERY soft. I can only put it on for a few seconds before I have to rinse it off. For some reason I can use Lactic acid with no issues so I'm not sure if I'm particularly sensitive to PHA or something in this product. I do have very sensitive skin. If you can use this product without it burning, you will love it. It glides on easily with no tugging, removes easily, and really does a great job at making your skin soft. I would not use it to remove makeup. I would use it in the morning.

Neo Strata Cleanser
I love this line of products, but this cleanser was not great for sensitive skin. It would kind of sting, and I have never had this problem with NeoStrata products. It would not be my first choice. I wanted to love it but didn't.

Had to stop using this
I had to stop using this halfway through my second bottle because my face would sting when using it. I have somewhat sensitive skin and thought this would be gentle enough. Guess not.

Too strong for me
This cleanser is supposed to be very gentle but it wasn't gentle enough for me. Every time I used it, my face would sting all over whenever I put any serum or lotion on my face.

Not what I expected
The product description clearly states it removes makeup, which is not the case. It is a nice cleanser, does not irritate my skin, but definitely does not remove concealer or eye makeup. I have used cleansers in the past that do a fabulous job of removing mascara so I don't need two steps in my routine. Disappointed.
