I have combination skin and will get one or two hormonal breakouts around my jawline every once in a while. However, this toner does not make my skin breakout anymore than that and keeps it balanced and glowing. I also like it when the Obagi CLENZIderm MD Pore Therapy is too intense for the winter months.
