Scrub a thin, even layer onto clean, damp skin, avoiding eyes. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. A slight tingling sensation may occur. Wipe off and rinse with warm water. Use 2-3 times per week.

It can appear to be compressed in the jar and may feel/appear to be granular and not smooth. If you dampen your hands with warm water, you can then work the product into a spreadable consistency. Then, the product is easier to apply.

You really must warm this in your hands before applying. As other reviews indicate, it’s almost like hard wax to begin with. After warming it up in your hands and applying to damp skin you can really feel it working. I’m still ‘perfecting my technique’ but I’m happy with the results and will continuing using!
