I had a recent problem with skin barrier breakdown and excessive milia production. Part of the problem, I think was that I used too much product and products that were too heavy. I use 1 pump of this spread lightly over my face twice a day. If my face is dry, maybe add 1 pump of a light weight moisturizer in addition. Maybe I am finally learning that sometimes a little is more effective in the long run than too much product.
