When I breakout, I pick a lot. These do help me stop picking! I also feel like they are a good spot treatment, as I think the whiteheads do disappear quickly. However, unless I leave them on for close to 16 hours, they don't really draw anything out. They will pull stuff out if you do pop the whitehead first, but that's not good for the skin.

After going through my entire life I now face the issue with wrinkles and hormonal pimples. These little dots are a new discovery. If I catch a pimple early, I put a patch on it for 8 hours or more. They are thin, and stay on a freshly washed face. I can attend zoom meetings with a patch on and nobody knows it is there doing it's job. When I take the patch off, the pimple has either shrunk or come to a head - depending on the maturity of the pimple. I gave the product 4 stars only because the patches come in a cute little metal box like the older metal bandage boxes so why not put more product in it. They would surely fit.

I put them on as needed, after my double cleanse at night. They stay put while I apply other actives and/or moisturizer on the rest of my face. In the morning, any spot is less inflamed/noticeable.

I always use these. Many years. I use 3 different brands of hydrocolloid zit covers. It just depends what the spot looks like. These are good when skin is 100% intact, if skin isn't I choose one that soaks up fluid instead. These don't really pull gunk out. Just minimizes and relaxes the inflammation if it is a pre-zit. Then it pretty much solves the case. Just by using one overnight, I may experience dryness a couple days down the road due to other acne treatments I use. Retina A and maybe other things. If I wasn't combining it wouldn't be drying out spot. So it could end up a couple days later with redness in exact patch spot.

These work! I did notice that it took off my tan causing a circle around the blemish. So there’s that. But they do flatten the bump. Another thing I noticed is that you can’t lift the product off without causing it to roll under in the spot you removed it from the packaging. If you are using at night it’s not a deal breaker to me.
