Been using these for years. They stay on overnight and are not too harsh on my 53 yr old, rosacea prone skin. My blemishes always look better in the morning. The dots can be a bit tough to peel off the sheet without folding under on the edge. I’ve lost a few that way. Be sure your skin & finger tips are clean and lotion free, as well. Definitely recommend.

Pimples at almost 60?
After going through my entire life I now face the issue with wrinkles and hormonal pimples. These little dots are a new discovery. If I catch a pimple early, I put a patch on it for 8 hours or more. They are thin, and stay on a freshly washed face. I can attend zoom meetings with a patch on and nobody knows it is there doing it's job. When I take the patch off, the pimple has either shrunk or come to a head - depending on the maturity of the pimple. I gave the product 4 stars only because the patches come in a cute little metal box like the older metal bandage boxes so why not put more product in it. They would surely fit.

The packaging seems excessive for what you get which probably helps PTR to justify the price point. Regardless, the product works really well! I put them on as needed, after my double cleanse at night. They stay put while I apply other actives and/or moisturizer on the rest of my face. In the morning, any spot is less inflamed/noticeable.

Flat a bump
These work! I did notice that it took off my tan causing a circle around the blemish. So there’s that. But they do flatten the bump. Another thing I noticed is that you can’t lift the product off without causing it to roll under in the spot you removed it from the packaging. If you are using at night it’s not a deal breaker to me.

Not to oversell, as these are basically medicated little clear band-aids..but that in itself is kinda genius. My teen daughter uses them on the big blemishes because helps clear up faster with the medication, but probably most importantly, they keep her from being able to pick at the areas and cover the blemish. She's found them helpful and asks me to reorder when she gets low. I have spent a fortune on acne meds for teens, so anything they will actually use is a win!
