It does have a very lite initial tingle sensation which dissipates fairly quickly & is not bothersome to me. (I am sensitive to tingle) This protects my lips in the sun and tanning bed and also is a lovely top coat for lipstick colors to give max fullness and shine to lips. It’s a HG, must have in my bag. I don’t prefer the application tube on the spf version but I wouldn’t stop buying it because of that. I wish both versions came with the doe foot wand instead. Wonderful item and I will continue to buy.
