I have re-ordered this item numerous times in the spf & non spf types. It definitely plumps and gives my lips a very slight color. It does have a very lite initial tingle sensation which dissipates fairly quickly & is not bothersome to me. (I am sensitive to tingle) This protects my lips in the sun and tanning bed and also is a lovely top coat for lipstick colors to give max fullness and shine to lips. It’s a HG, must have in my bag. I don’t prefer the application tube on the spf version but I wouldn’t stop buying it because of that. I wish both versions came with the doe foot wand instead. Wonderful item and I will continue to buy.

I love this plumper and have noticed a fuller lip even when I’m not wearing it. I will warn you it’s strong and getting it on your skin will turn it red and it took about 30 min for the redness to fade away.

Great product. It definitely plumps and make your lips glossy (picks up your natural lip color). Not tacky and no weird smell. You definitely need to reapply often, but it's worth it. It does have a slight tingle, so if you don't like that feeling it may bother you but very mild compared to other plumping products.
