Expensive for what it is, hydration doesn’t last
I expected this to be more hydrating and long lasting. It goes on smoothly, feels nice and soothing when applied. It leaves the lips very soft. The downside is that the moisture dissipates really quickly. Most lip balms are less than a quarter of the price so I don’t feel this is worth re purchasing. The cold cream lip butter probably provides longer lasting hydration than this does.

Soothing, but I liked it better in a tube
This is a nice lip balm, but not as long lasting or nourishing to my lips as the previous Cold Cream lip care in a squeeze tube (now discontinued for the Cicalfate version). This lip balm is better than the new Cicalfate, which I didn’t like at all. I do need to reapply any time I eat or drink, but this does the job.
