Great product, terrible packaging

I received this cream in a mini pot as a sample, and I fell in love. Unfortunately when I ordered the full size, I found that the pump packaging is completely ineffective and you can't get any product out. I counted and it took me over 40 sputtering pumps to get enough cream out of the container to cover my face. It's a shame because the product is so delightful to use, but especially at this price the poor packaging is inexcusable.
