They suggest to replace your brush heads every three months. I buy the brush with the green circle - the acne brush head. The only thing that drives me crazy is how faded the green circle gets because I use benzyol peroxide on my face and it causes the brush head to fade. Its understandable too, because ben peroxide bleaches things... it even states that on the literature the brush t comes with :)

So I bought a Clarisonic Mia 2 and this Acne brush head too. I was afraid to use the free brush that comes with the Mia 2 because I have severe acne. This brush says its safe to use on acne prone skin, and they dont lie. Its very gentle. It does not irritate my acne, and helps keep my skin clean. I alternate between the deep pore and acne brushes. The acne brush is very gentle but effective and my face feels clean afterwards. However, the deep pore brush really makes my face feel clean, breathable and my face is really smooth looking afterwards. I was a little afraid to get the deep pore brush at first because I thought it was going to be too hard for my sensitive skin, however it is soft and comfortable even for my skin, however I do have to change to my acne brush so many days after using the deep pore because it is softer. Overall, love these brushes. They do a marvelous job of really cleaning your pores and skin looks more alive and bright.

I have tried most of the other brush heads for my Clarisonic but the one for deep pore cleansing is my favorite. I feel it cleans my face better and more thoroughly.
