A little too much glow.
I am very into a radiant finish. Showing my skins texture/pores does not bother me. I feel it actually emphasis healthy skin. I purchase any product that provides a glow. However, there is too much in this product. The consistency is wonderful and easy to apply. Very smooth. No awful smell. It just provides too much of a slick look. I actually appeared a bit sweaty looking. It's perfect for a day at the pool where that look is expected. Just not for everyday. I packed it in a beach bag for my next visit.

I love the fact that this is a physical sunblock, and yet there is no white cast. Most physical sunblocks dry out my already dry skin. Not this one. Nor does it accentuate pores. It actually blurs them while also giving you a slight glow. I have very fair skin and this works well for me. It also works well with the skincare line I already use. This is the second time I have ordered Colorscience Sunforgettable. I live on the coast and put this on every morning. It is lightweight, not heavy and gooey like some others, and the bit of color is nice since I don't wear foundation. I put it on with a makeup round sponge.....I just shake the bottle, and pour some on the sponge and apply. Keeps my fingers clean and just that little trick has helped me to be consistent in applying to my face before my day begins.

I have dry skin and this formula is quite nice. My only complaint is that it is way too dark in color for me. I suppose I thought "bronze" meant a nice bronzed look, but not so dark. I was wrong. I should have ordered the original tint. So bottom line be very careful about the color you order. I am a light skin tone.

But I can't attest to how well it works since I haven't spent much time in the sun as of yet. I do love the consistency of the product and it does sit well under foundation. BUT the color was not what I was hoping for. It's really pale pink and I was hoping for something a little more skin tone. It does spread well so under foundation, it's good but I would not be able to wear it alone so that's why it lost 1 star.
