I use this product in the fall to prep my skin prior to using prescription Tretinoin. I find that it helps remove the dead skin cell buildup from summer months when I don't exfoliate much (I live near the beach). I can use these daily as they aren't harsh or irritating. My skin doesn't flake or peel with these and overall my skin is left smooth and brighter. You have lots of options on how often/when you use these pads and they are definitely great for most, if not all skin types. Highly recommend! I have been getting peels for 30 years - Perfect Peel, TCA peels, microdermabrasion and my skin is used to aggressive treatment. This peel doesn't sting or do much - no peeling. My facialist moved up north and I've been trying all these extra strength peels for 7 months during Covid. I wish there was a stronger peel - much stronger. I'll finish up the box of pads and I guess look for another facialist in a safe environment. If you have sensitive skin and only want a light peel, this peel is for you - easy to apply and takes less than 5 minutes to apply and neutralize.
