Great product. I would recommend starting with the regular strength if you’re sensitive or just trying a chemical exfoliator. I use once a week. These really help slough any dead or built up skin away. Don’t use on nights or in combination with retinol if you’re a regular retinol user like myself

I’m unable to get facials right now because of my schedule and the distance to my aesthetician’s office. I received a sample of the regular strength Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Peel Pads, and they did a good job without irritating my sensitive skin. I decided to purchase the extra strength pads after reading the other reviews, and WOW! My skin glows after using them. I had issues with breakouts and clogged pores from a moisturizing cream that needed to be cleared, and these cleared every spot within a week. My skin is brighter and less tired-looking, too. I use a 1% retinol at night, too, and my skin isn’t irritated by this combination. I’m floored–*everything* bothers my sensitive skin but not these! I’m so glad that I made this purchase! Next time, I’ll order the larger box!

I have always had to work for good skin. I struggled with acne until my mid-twenties, and in my mid-thirties, I had dull skin and enlarged pores...I found that monthly trips to the spa for a microdermabrasion or a chemical peel has done wonders for my skin. In between visits, I have found some key products that help maintain my treatments. Top among these products are the dr. gross extra strength alpha beta peel pads. They keep my pores small and keep my skin glowing and luminous. They are also not drying and do not cause redness. I use them several times a week in between monthly facials and my skin has never look better. I would recommend starting out with the regular strength and then if you find that your skin can handle it working up to the extra strength. They are also easy to travel with. I always stick a few in my suitcase when I travel.

I'm a fan of Dr. Dennis Gross products, especially his peels. I like that his products aren't tested on animals and are effective. These extra strength peels are strong but not too strong that it makes my skin red/flaky. The 5 pack is a good option for when I don't feel like spending over $100 and just need a few.
