I have had eczema for years along with acne. As I got older into my 30s, I had dry skin yet oily along with combination skin. Hot mess. Simple: Vanicream face wash and these pads every other day ( for two months to once a week) starting week three. No need for lotion on face (all creams break me out) . These pads hydrate your skin enough! I use Tarte powder. Absolutely best investment for skin that has multiple needs.
