I have cystic acne so I cant use anything abrasive like brushes or scrubs. These pads do a great job of exfoliating my skin and help with pigmentation from previous breakouts. I use them a few times a week (not everyday), especially in the winter when my skin is drier. For some reason, I find that I always wake up oilier the morning after using these, but after I wash my face everything looks nice and smooth.
