The Barrier Complex is great. I am 60 and my facial skin was starting to look really old with fine lines in a pattern (crepe looking). After using this daily, morning and night, my skin improved greatly. I started noticing changes at about 2 week and then after 3 weeks, it looks so much better! The crepe look is pretty much gone at this point, after using for a month. Try it for yourself, I think it will do wonders...

Maybe I expected too much when it said it would renew my skin barrier? I was expecting an intense moisturizer, but it felt like an OTC lotion. I mean, it was fine as a nightly moisturizer in the spring/summer, but this definitely isn't the product you want if you're looking to help very dry skin, skin that's been overly retinoided, etc , which is what I needed. I love this brand for their SPF, but for the price, I think there are better barrier renewal products.

Didn't work for me
I am a fan of EltaMD. I use their facial sunscreen every day. And I really wanted to like this product, but it didn't work well with some of my other products (serums) underneath. It crumbled. That being said, I did use it on my neck and it worked just fine.
