I have sensitive skin and rosacea, so my skin is easily irritated. This is one of few eye creams that doesn't irritate my eye area. I don't think it brightens or minimizes lines (that's why I haven't given it 5 stars) but it does moisturize and soothe.

I've tried many ice creams that claim help with under eye bags. I think this one had been the best so far. Combined with keeping my head elevated during sleep, had shown three most effective results.
