Use for the pool/beach
While I use the UV Clear Tinted and UV Clear non-tinted versions for everyday wear, I use this when I go to the pool or the beach since it's water-resistant. I'm a big fan of the EltaMD brand and this sunscreen works just as well as the others in the line. It's a physical sun blocker which is important to me and it comes in a good-sized squeeze bottle so it lasts a while, especially since it's not my everyday sunscreen. Also good to have on hand for outside activities where you know you'll be sweating, as the water-resistant aspect of it will keep it from running into your eyes with your sweat.

I finally took the splurge and bought the UV sport sunscreen. Everyone raves about Elta even though it's pricey. The good: it's very smooth and easy to spread without having to tug at the face, and it doesn't leave a white cast. The bad: even though it says it won't get in the eyes, it gets in the eyes. It creeps into the eyes and the you're left with stinging eyes all day that's red. I'm so disappointed in this sunscreen. For the price you would think that they would have top tier formulation.

Since I spend quite a bit of time outside, I need protection for all body areas that are exposed. I even use this on my face, on top of my moisturizer, and it penetrates well and doesn’t look greasy. A little goes a long way as it’s very creamy. It’s also water-resistant (up to 80 minutes) so perfect for swimming, boating, etc. The scent is very light and doesn’t linger.
