Decent toner
I'm on the fence about this one. It contains alcohol and has a slight stinking sensation. Seems to work well, but I'm not sure I'll purchase it again despite loving Eminence products.

Hydrating and Toning
The Eminence Organics Birch Water Purifying Essence is hydrating and toning. It really does do what it says it will do! I gave it four stars instead of five because the fragrance isn't as delightful as I would like for it to be. It isn't bad--it's earthy and fades quickly. I will continue to use and purchase it even though I have to hold my breath while using it because it is an amazing essence!!!

Excellent Tonic
After cleansing, a splash of this on the face is a good tonic to start the day. Nothing to dry out your skin, but nourishes. Very nice fragrance, too.

Great Product
Birch water is amazing. It goes on awesome. It is not a toner though. You apply this after you tone. It adds so much moisture to your face and smooths and tightens. I love this stuff. I feel it is priced pretty high for what you get, and it goes fast thus the 4 stars.
