Cutting corners.
I can't believe there are so many "quality" skincare companies to choose from and it seems Eminence cuts a corner with a cheap bottle for such an expensive product just to pocket more money. The bottle is so cheap and fragile that it doesn't pump the product properly so I have to wand it out of the bottle. There are other comparable quality facial cleansers I can buy without the inconvenience. They can have the immediate money gratification because I won't ever purchase this product again.
