I put it on and lather it up & leave it on my face & neck for 2 minutes so it can do it's job. I am 31 years old- have had all kinds of acne throughout my life without it being "severe" but enough of a nuisance to knock down your confidence. I've been on birth control, had on and off cystic acne without it. I use IsClinical Products and have used gentle cleansers as my skin can be sensitive.
