My Dermatologist recommended that I use Heliocare. I have been using it about a year. My dermatologist has told me that he sees fewer pre cancers to freeze om my forehead and face since I started taking the capsules bid. He asked me to use Heliocare along with sunscreen. I have taken this supplement for almost 3 years. I spend a lot of time in the sun with golf and yard work as my main summer activities. My Dermatologist recommended Heliocare to me years ago when it first came on the market as I have very fair and sensitive skin and she said it would help me combat the sun and free radicals. I took it for a short time and forgot about it. Then two years ago I asked my best friend what supplements she was taking and she too recommended Heliocare. I bought another bottle and almost instantly my nails started to grow and got really strong. I have had terrible nails my whole life and I work around horses. My nail salon even commented on what nice nails I have. Then my hair stylist asked me what I was doing differently because my hair was growing stronger and I had a ton of new growth. Heliocare! I take it everyday and if I am on the beach I take an extra one in the afternoon. I don't even get a sunburn now and I used to burn regularly.
