I have purchased this product continuously! It is great for acne prone skin, as well as any other problems! It helps clear/heal/prevent acne and feels strong when you apply to your face because of the slight tingling, but it wears off in a couple seconds! Does not make my skin feel dry or scaly like when you use retinol or other acne products.

I absolutely love this serum! I have aging, extremely sensitive, reactive & acne prone skin. I use one pump before applying Tretinoin & then one pump after, this has cured the retinol uglies & minimized redness/flaking. It instantly absorbs, plumps, brightens & has never made me breakout. Product has menthol in its ingredients
I'm not sure if this has always had menthol, or if they have just started adding it, but now when my skin is recovering from procedures (even intense facials) my sensitive skin burns. Have switched to a calming gel serum from a different brand, which seems to serve the same purpose + has the added bonus of helping soothe any other reactions or hives, to which I am prone. Remove the menthol and I'll return as a customer!
