This product does it all and works along with all IS Clinical serums! I first used Hydra-cool when it came in a pack of mini products I was told to use after a procedure in my Med Spa. I was So surprised and delighted that it did exactly what I was told it would do. I have very sensitive skin and usually have break outs after such a procedure. I not only had no breakouts but it immediately clamed the inflammation and felt wonderful on my skin. It works with all IS clinical serums and I have used it with serums from other companies. I started using this as recommended by The Dallas Aesthetician and it has been a GAME-CHANGER in repairing my skin barrier (I live in Southern Arizona) and allowing my skin to tolerate retinol (I also only use the retinol she recommends). This is like the secret ingredient at the end of every iS Clinical recipe. I mainly use it at night after the Active Serum or Brightening Serum. I used to use a hyaluronic acid serum by another brand. After being introduced to IS Clinical products through a HALO treatment, and loving them, I decided to try this serum. My skin is loving it! I have very sensitive skin with rosacea, and since I use tretinoin nightly it is also dry. Now I use this serum nightly before my tretinoin and I've seen such a difference in the dryness of my skin. Cooling serum smooths and hydrates
This is an excellent serum to provide smoothness and hydrate skin. It gives a nice cooling sensation, so it feels great when applying after shaving or after using a strong toner. It also relieves sunburn very effectively. This is the first serum I apply after washing my face and using a toner. I like that the consistency allows the serum to be evenly distributed easily.

I like it, don't love it
I used to love this product. I have used it for over a year, but I feel like the formulation may have changed. While it does have a nice cooling sensation (maybe great for after a day in the sun), it's not the most hydrating. I find that it works best when you use it and then apply a moisturizer. I like this product, but I don't love it.
