After 2 month of use with the same name shampoo and finasteride and low dose minoxidil my hair seems to slowly be improving. What is actually doing it I can't tell you . I use 10-14 sprays a day and I am still on my first bottle. I put it where my hair has thinned only. Feels good on the scalp and dries quickly. I don't notice any residue

I use this lotion on my scalp after shampooing with the ISDIN Thickening Shampoo. The two together really well on my wimpy hair. I started using the lotion about six months ago on the advise of my dermatologist for thinning hair & receding hairline. I have been losing a lot of hair and needed to stop the shedding. I added this lotion to my regiment with the shampoo of the same brand, and my skull is showing signs of new hair growth.
