I realized I had been holding onto a lot of powder makeups way too long so I tossed everything and replaced with this palette and a couple of other Jane Iredale items. Couldn’t be happier! I love the matte look of the shadows and sleek gold packaging. So far has been gentle on my skin, which tends to be sensitive around the eye area.

I’m 59 and while I do everything I can for skincare, sans surgery, my inner lids are a bit crepey. I'm always looking for just the right shade of grayish green eye shadow, now I've found it. Actually, I use all the colors in this eye shadow palette. But that gray/green color so nicely accents the color of my eyes without being obnoxious. It's soft and you can intensify it by adding the perfect shade of brown that is included. I use the cream and pink as bases and then accent with the gray/green and brown. It is a very natural look without looking totally made up. It makes my eyes pop. I will be buying a second one to make sure I don't run out.

It only took 35 years and countless eyeshadow purchases based on claims of being crease proof, but this is the real deal...finally! I did have a small learning curve though, and it my not apply to everyone, but I had used a pencil eyeliner on my top eyelid and it transferred to the crepe-y upper eyelid. Once I just applied the eyeshadow with no liner, it was crease free and right where I applied it at the end of the day. I am enamored with this brand!
