Product arrived defective and Lovely Skin would not return
Product arrived with a faulty nozzle. Instead of a mist type of application the product came out in a stream which completely defeated the purpose for refreshing skin. I did not open the product until more than 30 days post purchase and LovelySkin would not honor a refund or replacement. I've been a LovelySkin client for 2 decades and this is not the customer service I expected.

I dont get it. Unless you are hot, this is just fancy water in a can. I might be missing the point, but feel like I could get the same thing from a spray bottle and water from the faucet.
