It's more than a "spritz".
I actually purchased this to prolong the moisture of the aloe gel application that I use with my facial toner device as the primer provided by that brand caused my skin to break out. La Roche works for that use and I can see it working fabulously as a treatment for a sunburn. However, I don't use it "throughout the day" to freshen my face as you really get a drenching, which although it dries quickly, causes my eye makeup to run and frizzes the hair bordering my face. So my usage is limited to my device application in the evening. I am not diligent in daily applications so have not noticed any reduction in redness and irritation.

Onsen dreaming in a handy purse size
The convenient size is, of course, pricey for what it is. But it works as well as the larger one. Just back from Japan where I saw how wonderful hot springs waters can be for the skin--after shopping around, I picked La Roche Posay thermal spring waters to get some of that benefit at home. If you have any tendencies toward redness or other minor skin problems, this will help.

Expensive but handy
I use these sprays to set powder or rehydrate my face without rinsing away serums, but they are expensive.

Other brands of thermal water are more hydrating
I have tried a number of thermal waters and this is not that great. This is purely water, not much else added. My skin does not feel hydrated after washing using this thermal water. Will go back to my other brand.
