Strong fragrance
This shampoo and conditioner does make your hair feel very soft and manageable, but it has a fragrance that is too much for me. Not something that goes away either.

We are transitioning me from warm blonde highlights over to a blend of ashy lowlights and platinum highlights that will play more nicely with my increasingly gray hair. This shampoo seems very gentle on my color and I will report back in another month w/ an update.
