Does what it promises. Results are cumulative thou, its taken about three weeks for my 43 yr old neck to become more even in tone and texture and begin firming up right under the chin area. Be advised its a step 2 product and requires a moisturizer on top of it...thats the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. For my neck area, I would like a heavier product that does it all in one step...so I wont reorder this one.
