Neocutis, stop the insanity
I’m hoping that someone from Neocutis will see this and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Dear Neocutis, I have used your products exclusively for at least 18 years, they have been amazing. People constantly comment on my skin. I used the Biocream Overnight Smoothing Cream and the Lumiere Riche Eye Cream daily only to have them suddenly discontinued and replaced with a “firming” option. Please note, whatever you are using for “firming” DRIES OUT SKIN. I have oily-leaning combination skin and these new formulations dry my skin out. At the rate that my daily products which I have become dependent on are being discontinued, I’m concerned that the line is going to be discontinued. Please, please consider your loyal customers and the great results we’ve had for years and stop discontinuing perfectly good products for products that do not perform as well. Please.

I was given a sample of this product to apply after an in-office dermatologist treatment and fell in love. Until I found LovelySkin, I purchased this product from my local dermatologist at a much higher price. I love that I can buy this online and have it shipped to my door, especially in these COVID-19 times. LovelySkin's prices are competitive and their customer service is the best. Now, onto the cream! This cream is so wonderful and rich. I love that it is fragrance-free, being someone who is fragrance sensitive. It is rich without being greasy and does not clog pores. It takes a little bit for it to fully absorb into my skin, so I apply it about 30 minutes to an hour prior to going to bed. This cream has excellent healing ingredients. I am a person who tends to over-exfoliate my already sensitive skin. I keep this cream on hand for times when I do dumb stuff to my skin. If I apply it to my skin, my skin is much less red and sensitive the next day. Paired with Neocutis's eye cream, this duo is unstoppable and there is nothing on the market that compares. Yes, it is pricey, but honestly, you get what you pay for. This cream is truly worth every dime. It also lasts me a long time. I keep mine in the refrigerator for an extra cooling/soothing effect and to extend the shelf-life. If I don't use it all prior to the expiration date, I use it as a (REALLY EXPENSIVE) foot, leg, or hand cream and have never had any ill effects. I do try to use it prior to the expiration date, however. If you are on the fence about this product and have sensitive, red, post-procedure, or mature skin, I would tell you to buy this product. It is a great cream and comes highly recommended by me.
