Very Very Dissapointed
This new version of Journee is very different from the old one. Hard to apply on skin because the consistency is very thick, my skin visibly much drier and much more comedones since I use it. The result is completely different, the old version makes my skin moist, clean and healthy looking skin, very light and glide easily on skin. I am definitely switching to a different product.

Unfortunate reformulation
I have been using Journee for many, many years. It is very unfortunate that Neocutis felt it was necessary to reformulate the product., even though they say they have not changed anything. Journee WAS the perfect tinted moisturizer with sunscreen. It was lightweight, applied smoothly offering just the right amount of tint and was a terrific product. The new formulation is now SUPER thick, barely washes off with water and actually stains fabric. I know it is not the same product anymore as I found some in a travel container and compared the two. SO disappointing. Will be looking for another option for daily use.

LOVED Neocutis Journee but this is not the same
I worked in a dermatology office for many years, and Neocutis Journee was my favorite recommendation for those who wanted a "once and done" cream to use every morning. I used it myself, for many years. Sadly, this new "FIRM" formulation is so different from the original. It feels awful on my skin, like a thick yellow stain. Please Neocutis, bring back the original formulation!

Sooo disappointed!!
I have used this Journée for many years and am so very disappointed with the new formula! The color is awful for me and stained my sweatshirt and hat; and this formula just sits, sticky-like, on top of my skin. I am grateful that LovelySkin has such a great return policy! Although they made it nice and easy for me, I wish that there was something else, closer to the original formula, that they had to recommend. I don’t know what I’m going to use from this point on.

I have been a long-time Neocutis customer - I use many of their products and loved the orignial Journee formula. This new formula is HORRIBLE. It's thick, sticky and like other users have commented - the color is orange-y and stains. You have to use a lot of soap to get it off your hands. I have a whole new bottle that I'm gonna just throw away. I'm hugely disappointed and now have to find a new SPF/lightweight daily moisturizer. Bad product development!

I tried two bottles because I figured that I got a bad bottle. At almost $200 a bottle that was an expensive mistake. It turns out they changed their formula. The once lightweight perfect moisturizer is heavy and dry. The coloring gets on clothing and ruins it. It's hard to wash from your hands after application. I use a tinted moisturizer in the summer to feel fresh and not to have to wear makeup that might sweat off of me, this stuff is streaky like a foundation. It's unfortunate. I love Neocutis but I am going to have to find a new summer favorite. Any recommendations

Long-term Journee user. This new formula is awful and awful doesn't do enough justice to how much the formula has changed. The new formula lacks moisture and is drying to the skin. It sits on the skin. I have tried to use Bio Gel to add moisture to the new Journee product, but it barely helps. I am so disappointed in the new product and the lack of information available before purchasing it.

I have been using Neocutis for years. When the Micro Day Cream was discontinued, this was the replacement. I read, and re-read everything on this product and nowhere does it say that it is tinted. I am extremely fair-skinned with a red undertone. I looked like an Oompa Loompa! Sadly, this one will be going back and I have to start the hunt for a new daytime moisturizer.

I have used this product for many, many years. I loved it. This new formula however is horrible. The tint is literally orange now. Its too thick and it smells. If Neocutis does not do something I will not be using anymore sadly. They should not have messed with the old formula.

This product is disappointing. Used this for years and loved it but now it is so thick you can’t spread it on your face, it is an orange color on my skin and impossible to wash off. Bought smaller travel size for vacation but won’t continue using until these problems are corrected. In fact it is so terrible I want my money back.
