Very hydrating and my eyes feel and look refreshed in the morning. I have had problems with some eye creams being irritating, but I have not had that problem with this cream. I use it as part of my nightly routine.

I used other Neocutis eye products but this one seems to be the best for me. It doesn't irritate or cause milia around my eyes. I have combination skin so it works well for me but might not be moisturizing enough for others. At first I didn't care for the dispenser but now that I am used to it, for the price of the product I appreciate the small amount that is dispensed at a time. I wish it were less expensive.
