What I’ve been waiting for!
I purchased this product on recommendation from a friend. I had been experiencing extreme dryness and dehydration on the delicate eye area. Absolutely nothing worked until Neocutis. I feel it’s too soon to speak on any effects on dark circles, but my eye area feels like butter yet not heavy going on. It has completely turned the texture around. Bonus: very little goes a long well. I’m excited to look further into the Neocutis line.

Best eye cream I've ever tried
This is the second time I buy this eye cream and I don't consider it cheap, at least not for me. I decided it was worth a second purchase as the results have been excellent.
