I've been using Neocutis Micro Eyes Riche for about 6 months now. A couple of weeks ago, I was astonished to realize I have further recovery! My under eyes are smooth and some tightness has returned. Effective for eye lids and bags
I have tried over 50 eye creams and treatments over the years. This product is pricey, but it is the only one that works for aging lids, under eye bags, and dark circles. It works well under concealer and also minimizes wrinkles.
