However, I can totally see how other users with sensitive skin could have problems. There is a very strong scent to the product, and although I am allergic to a TON of stuff, I have been able to use this. To be fair, I do not use it every day and perhaps I would have a reaction if I did. I have sensitive, closed comedone prone skin. So, I am constantly switching my regime to prevent break outs. This product helps strengthen my skin to counteract all the peeling I do. It has given me a better even skin tone and appearance and I will likely continue using it. It also came highly recommended by my Derm Dr. who sells it in his office.

Go easy on this entire line of product as the niacin is potent. I have dry, mature skin and flake easily. This should be used a little at a time and then, maybe start every other day or night until you are sure you tolerate it well. There is no redness per se, but it does make you flake and can be a bother with make up. So, while my Dr. says, he approves of this, I say, go easy on the stuff and see how you do with using it until you know for sure how your skin reacts to it.
