I began using the ENTIRE Obagi system over six (6) years ago and initially I used each step thru the first few kits I bought. Once I ran out I supplemented as I went along. This product did tingle little upon application so I found myself skipping it. I would seek the direction of your dermatologist/doctor on what is appropriate for your specific skin type/issue.
