I tried a sample of this in hopes of remedying my eternally shiny forehead. Boy, is it ever great! It doesnt clog pores or make me break out and it seems to last all day. Best of all, it keeps me shine-free whether Im dried out or oily (both situations make my shiny). Excellent product that Id highly recommend!

This stuff is awesome!
I've always had a hard time with the "shinies" on my face. I use those blue Clean and Clear oil remover sheets, but the oil always seemed to come right back. Not with OC Eight!!! It's light, sheer, and really does make my skin smooth and matte...for longer than just a few minutes! It might not last for eight hours, but at least four, which is great in my book!

No shine!
I love this product! Sometimes I don't like to wear makeup. So, after using sunscreen I put this on and it leaves a nice matte finish. No shine!

Really Good Product
I really like this product. My dermatologist had recommended this product to me, so of course I came right to this site, and of they had it : )! And I was able to get it on sale. I am very, very oily and this has really worked in sucking up the oil on my face. It says it last for eight hours, however not in my case. I may get at least 4 hours before the shine starts breaking through. But considering how oily my skin is, I am grateful for the four hours. I was concerned about break outs, especially with the topical medication I used from my dermatologist, however so far so good. No break outs at all, it actually seems to work well with my other product. It does have a medicine type smell, but it is fine with me. Nothing to putrid or overbearing. So right now I am liking this product and will continue to use. I really recommend this if you have oily skin. Oh, the other thing you dont have to use a lot, a little goes a long way, and you can reapply as needed.

Tried Sample - Noticed a difference
I tried a sample of this and I definately noticed a difference. My face felt less oily and was less shiny for the most part. My forehead did begin to get shiny after about 4-5 hours but I liked the product. I want to buy it so I can use it more times to really see how well it works.

Not a miracle product, but gets the job done
I have oily skin, and this product does control my shine for about 5-6 hours. I was expecting it to last the full 8 hours, but no luck. I also did not see any difference in the appearance of my pore size. I do like that it does not cause breakouts. I apply this after my oil-free moisturizer and under makeup. Doesn't work for 8 hours
Does control oil better than other products on the market but not for 8 hours as claimed. I am blotting about 3-4 hours after putting on my makeup. Oh and I do not use moisturizers under my makeup only a light serum. Also my makeup is oil free.

Good for oily skin
This works well for oily skin. Usually, by early afternoon my skin is super shiny, but with OC Eight it is well controlled. It smells like medicine, and not like perfume.

Works fairly well for as hot/humid it gets here in KS. I tend to get oily/shiny after 3-4 hrs. before the guaranteed 8hrs, but I just reapply. Good product and I'll keep using it for my oily skin especially during these extreme weather conditions.

Not enough
The first time I tried it, I did not see any difference. Less than 5 hrs, my face was very oily. I wanted to give the product the benefit of a doubt, so I tried it for a week. No difference. I was not happy with this product because it did not deliver.
