I am 52 and have tried every makeup on the market. I love this makeup for a number of reasons. One is that I never feel like I'm wearing makeup when I have it on, two I never have to put a powder over it because it stays on without it, three it doesn't look like I'm wearing makeup and four because it gives my skin a very dewy complextion and it makes my skin feel very supple. I have been using "Pearl" tint for three years now and love this foundation - i would not use any other. It helped healing from facial laser treatments while covering the redness from those treatments without drying, irritating or being oily on the skin. This is the best foundation I have tried so far, and I have tried MANY. The coverage can be adjusted by using a heavy or lighter moisturizer/sunscreen. I noticed it goes on a little more sheer when I use my "big gun" sunscreen, which is moisturizing, and it is more opaque when I use my regular oil-free SPF 35. Either way, it looks like skin, and resists settling in lines and caking more than any so far. It has not been great for under the eyes or hiding red spots, so I have to use a separate concealer for those. I do not feel like I have makeup on at all, and like that my skin can breathe. I even worked out pretty hard in it, and it stayed on. It's a winner for me.

My Doctor recommended this product to me. I was used to paying drugstore prices for my makeup so I was hesitant. But, now I love it. Other foundations are heavy and will make my skin breakout. This one doesn't. Plus it has SPF 25 so I don't have to use additional sunscreen which had also been a problem for my skin. The coverage isn't very heavy but I also use a powder and between the two, it's perfect. If you are looking for a thick foundation with lots of coverage, this may not be for you. But, it works for me and my skin needs lots of help.

I switched to this foundation after Lycogel was hard to find/ discontinued. I really like it! It goes on smooth, blends well, and goes on less thicker than Lycogel did (you may have to apply a little more if you want more coverage). I used the Almond color for Lycogel so I went with the same color when I ordered this product and its pretty close to the same match. Its slightly lighter but it still matches my skin tone. One thing is that I am not sure if there is SPF in this product. I know the website says there is, but when reading the ingredients on the bottle I do not see SPF ingredients listed so I now use an SPF moisturizer before applying this foundation.
