I found this foundation recommended by Kourtney Kardashian I did a lot of research for what would be best for acne prone skin and this one was highly recommended. When you have acne prone skin your skin needs time to breathe and heal and this foundation does exactly that. I am obsessed and will never use a different foundation.

So many good things about this....doesn't sit in pores or fine lines, gives a nice smooth finish, not thick or cakey, and wears all day. I have searched for the perfect clean foundation and this fits the bill. Be aware that it doesn't build up very well - so if you are looking for a true full-coverage foundation this may not be your cup of tea. I love that I look like me, but just a bit perfected.

Almost invisible
I have been using this brand since the end of 2019, after it was recommended to me by laser specialist - I was told to apply it after fractional laser treatment over night to help the skin heal. I have combination skin - Tzone, no blemishes or breakouts, but towards the end of the day my skin looked 'dirty' when I used other foundations (mineral pressed powder). My skin doesn't seem as tired and dirty at the end of a long day, as if it has a chance to breathe better through the thin layer of this foundation. Also I don't apply it over my full face, just where I think I want little coverage and it blends seamlessly with my skin tone. Bottle - really good applicator, I like that it comes with a pump.

Great make-up for post treatment
The only reason I purchased this foundation is because I started doing microneedling, chemical peels, and fractional rf for my acne scarring. I was able to color match from buying the sample kit directly from the manufacturer, but buying the actual foundation from LovelySkin is cheaper. After using this foundation for at least 4 months, I can attest its coverage power after my chemical peels is the best I have found. However, that being said, it needs to be used over the Oxygenerix Hydro Matrix or else the flaky skin will show through the foundation. This foundation works really well for redness coverage and allows my skin to breath and heal after a professional procedure. I have not broken out or developed congested skin from using this. My only major gripe about this product is that it does not seem to blend well with a wet beauty blender, and I think the aloe vera ingredient is the reason. Nonetheless, the aloe vera is supposed to serve as an antibacterial and healing property, so I suggest using your warm fingers to blend this into your skin.
